Low Shear Agitator Design for Paint

     CHING YEA CY-0706, sized for 5 to 50 gallons container, is designed to meet the challenges posed by todays paints and coatings. The feature of air operated which provides highest safety condition in working environment. A variety of shaft lengths and impellers are offered.

Low Shear, Low Energy Consumption

        CY-0706 produces up to 50% less maximum shear rate compare with a conventional pitched blade turbine at equal impeller flow rates. By decreasing the shear, the CY-0705 lowers energy consumption and reduces paint degradation. The energy efficient, 3/4 HP motor provides excellent mixing. Competitive units require 1/2 to 5 HP motors to compensate for high shear and high drive losses.

Improved Mixing, Increased Fluid Flow

        The unique design of CHING YEAS low shear impeller develops 80% more total fluid flow than a conventional pitched blade. The increased fluid flow provides better mixing and more particle dispersion throughout the mix tank and paint circulation system for improved paint quality.
